Purpose Partner closely with Subsidiary leadership and Graybar Corporate HR to advise subsidiary employees on Human Resources strategies, policies, practices, and procedures to assist with effective business operations. Responsible for a broad range of topics, including employment law compliance, employee relations, training, management support, and talent management. Responsible for multiple subsidiary assignments as determined by Graybar Corporate HR director.
