Reporting to the Manager, People Strategy, the P&C Business Partner will primarily support the North America (NAM) region (Canada, United States, Mexico) with a strong focus on employee relations and day-to-day people support. In this role, you will manage a range of employee relations matters, support leaders through performance and conduct issues, and ensure consistent application of people practices in line with company policy and local requirements. You’ll partner closely with senior HR leaders to learn how people strategy is developed and translated into practical, compliant solutions for the business. You will work within a collaborative People & Culture team, gaining exposure to broader HR initiatives while building confidence and judgment in an HR Business Partner role. This position requires thoughtful problem-solving, sound judgment, and the ability to escalate and collaborate when navigating complex or sensitive situations.
