As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who is passionate about developing people, supporting leaders, and strengthening our culture across the organization. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and a champion for our employees. You will partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, develop talent, support organizational growth, and ensure a positive employee experience across multiple locations in Ohio. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, coaching managers on people strategies, and leveraging data to drive workforce decisions that support our continued growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multi-location or operational environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and team development.
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Help leaders build strong teams by coaching on hiring, retention, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and accountability by actively engaging with team members across locations.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture development.
  • Analyze engagement feedback and partner with leaders to develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Onboarding and orientation ownership
  • Employee event planning
  • Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and strengthen leadership capability.
  • Assist with performance management processes and support managers in developing high-performing teams.
  • Help implement training and development initiatives that support career growth and internal mobility.
  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as retention, engagement, and turnover trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leaders to improve workforce outcomes.
  • Support the HR leadership team in implementing people strategies aligned with company goals.
