Reporting directly to the Manager of Organizational Design and Leadership Effectiveness, the Human Resources Business Partner role is to support Electric Boat leaders and their employees as it relates to employee performance, coaching, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This position will be responsible for providing functional expertise on employee and leadership development, performance management, coaching and organizational structure. Additionally, the HRBP role will be focused on retention strategies and best practices to promote a positive workplace environment and culture.
