As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them create inclusive environments where every team member feels valued, supported, and safe. You’ll guide leaders through culture-building, employee relations, and challenging conversations while offering training and thoughtful feedback that strengthens teams. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Two years of team member relations experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly in Michigan
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and mediation skills
  • Ability to balance the interests of multiple stakeholders and drive toward consensus
  • Ability to build credibility, trust, and resilient relationships with team members of all levels
  • Occasional travel for required meetings, training sessions, and other work-related events

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
