The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) performs professional-level human resources functions and works closely with the Human Resources Director and Deputy Director to support designated County departments. This position partners across Human Resources functions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that align with the strategic objectives of the Department and Harford County. The HRBP is responsible for a broad range of human resources activities, including employee relations, training and development, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.
