The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources, including employee relations, talent management, performance development, organizational design, and workforce planning. This role acts as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive engagement, retention, and overall company success. HR Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity for growth for an HR professional who thrives on ownership and impact. The role is heavily centered on employee relations, conducting investigations, and providing strategic guidance to leaders. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, disciplined, and able to quickly adapt and pivot as business needs evolve. Strong planning and organizational development capabilities are essential for success in this role. Although the position is remote, candidates must reside in or around the Sacramento area to periodically travel to different sites to provide on-site HR guidance, support leaders, and address employee-related matters. Experience in retail industry is a strong plus.
