About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team by empowering our leaders and supporting our strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• An HR professional with 5-7 years of experience of well-rounded HR Business Partner skillset.
• Extensive employee relations experience and work experience in fast paced environment.
• A problem solver who blends analytical insight with a people-first approach.
• Desire to work in a healthcare setting and the passion to learn.
• Confident coach and advisor that is ready to partner with leaders at all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting a larger organization (multi-state and healthcare a plus but not required).
• Certified or experienced in HR best practices (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partners with associates and management and communicate various HR policies, procedures and laws
• Actively solves complex employee relations and behavior concerns to foster a workplace where employees thrive.
• Provides performance management guidance and coaching to all levels of management.
• Provides leaders and managers with an HR perspective on business decisions by leveraging a strong knowledge of all HR functions.
• Provides expertise with Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives and analyzes trends as an active participant with solutions and insight to improve metrics.
• Engages with our Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Credentialing, Legal, HRIS and other People departments to gain information and resolve associate issues.
