About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to leaders and managers, promoting organizational effectiveness and enhancing the employee experience. Your involvement will be crucial in understanding business priorities and workforce needs, enabling you to deliver effective people solutions that align with the organization's goals. You will help strengthen team performance, manage employee relations, and develop talent pipelines, all while fostering a culture that supports growth and realization of company values.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HRBP or in an HR Generalist role.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with managers and leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid foundation in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy application.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and navigate sensitive situations.
  • Ability to connect business needs to practical people solutions.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting growth, scale, or organizational change strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and managers to align people priorities with business goals and operational needs.
  • Build strong relationships within supported departments through regular engagement and proactive partnership.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance, team dynamics, communication, and leadership practices.
  • Support leaders through change initiatives including team growth and integration of new ways of working.
  • Support workforce planning and talent needs by understanding role requirements and team growth priorities.
  • Partner with leaders on performance management practices including goal-setting and feedback.
  • Drive key talent processes through consistent facilitation and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with recruiting to support hiring strategies and onboarding.
