Weâre seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to play a highly visible, hands-on role supporting managers and employees across the organization. Reporting to the Head of People, you will focus on strengthening employee experience, improving team effectiveness, and equipping managers with the tools and guidance they need to lead confidently. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives close to the business â coaching managers through day-to-day people challenges, addressing employee relations matters, driving performance conversations, and supporting change at the team level. Youâll serve as a trusted resource for employees and a practical, solutions-oriented partner to managers, helping create a high-performing, engaged, and values-aligned workplace.
