Our Manager, People & Processes directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by building the people functions, while guiding the company through scalable, aggressive, growth. This team member will also train local leaders on HR functions including engagement, retention, and cultural components of the employee life cycle. This is a remote role will support our Central Pennsylvania clinics. Candidates must reside in Central Pennsylvania and be willing to travel to clinics 2-3 days per week as needed.
