The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to site leadership, supporting the full spectrum of HR functions within a chemical manufacturing facility. This role combines business partnership responsibilities with hands on execution to ensure alignment between workforce strategies and operational goals. The HRBP is the primary lead for key HR initiatives, including onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, community outreach and HR analytics. This individual plays a critical role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering effective HR programs across the employee lifecycle. As a highly visible on-site presence, the HRBP builds trust and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization while championing Halocarbon’s core values of Caring, Curiosity, Collaboration, and Competitive Spirit.
