As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) PS DFW, you will serve as a strategic partner for senior and departmental leadership, providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across various operational levels. Your role involves analyzing workforce trends, developing HR solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and being an advocate for our employees, work roles and Company values. You'll offer performance management support, foster positive work environments, and address employee relations issues. The position requires strong problem-solving skills to manage complex situations and conduct thorough investigations. You'll be instrumental in workforce planning, policy interpretation, and identifying training needs. Collaborating with the HR Team and other departments, you'll contribute to strategic program development and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain high-quality, diverse talent that aligns with PS's long-term success. This HR leadership position that will be a member of PS DFW management committee and will be an integral part of our opening at DFW in 2026. This role reports to the Corporate HR Manager working in collaboration with the Managing Director PS DFW.
