About The Position

The HR Business Partner role is an entry level role into the Business Partner family. This position serves as a transition role designed to learn and develop the skills necessary to advance to the next level of the HR Business Partner family. In this role, you will provide the same function as the HR Business Partner, but at an appropriate level based on your skills, capability, and experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or similar discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in an HR-related role within the business preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • HR Knowledge & Analytical Ability Good HR acumen with a basic understanding of content and process. Strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving skills; uses data to make decisions.
  • Interpersonal, Communication & Partnership Skills Good interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability and passion to engage authentically, build trust, and establish long-lasting relationships. Ability to influence at all levels. Ability to partner in a multi-lingual translation team to support ethnically diverse work populations. Ability to build relationships and trust with entry level skills in coaching and mentoring.
  • Conflict Management & Negotiation Good conflict management and negotiation skills; can bring others together and reconcile differences.
  • Organization & Execution Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Capable of planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • PHR/SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
