The HR Business Partner in Goodyear is an important individual contributor role whose primary focus is the front-line support of supervisors and production staff for talent needs. This role reports to a Human Resorces Manager, working as a team to create value serving as the direct partner to the business on inquiries and needs, investigating and resolving employee issues, partnering with leaders on talent acquisition and compensation needs, execution of cyclical people processes, providing execution of change management workstreams, coaching leaders on enforcement of policies and disciplinary and performance management procedures, and through active project participation and delivery. This is a highly visible and important role for our teams to ensure a seamless and well-regarded employee experience, and a successful candidate in this role drives continuous improvement in procedures, processes, programs, and tools. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively across diverse employee populations. This language proficiency is essential for supporting employee relations, coaching leaders, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
