Collaborate with other managers within the DC network to maintain and foster TJX's core culture of leadership values. Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the team. Work with a diverse group of employees, ranging from hourly to exempt-level. Identify areas of HR-related improvement opportunity within the facility.
