JOB OVERVIEW The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developing and leading the people strategy for their respective business groups. As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this position identifies people and culture gaps, develops resolution strategies, and executes solutions. The HRBP is also responsible for leading all cyclical HR initiatives within their client groups including annual performance reviews, talent calibrations, compensation planning, proactive retention, org design and development, and more.
