Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong partnership with leaders and executives
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through strong business acumen
  • Experience with organizational design, talent strategy, and change management
  • Confidence navigating employee relations and complex people challenges
  • A data-driven mindset, you know how to use insights, not just instincts
  • Comfort in a lean, build-as-you-go environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels

  • Experience with tools like ADP Workforce Now, Quantum Workplace, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to influence organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Drive retention, engagement, and internal mobility, while supporting succession planning and leadership development
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and guide smarter business decisions
  • Lead and support change management initiatives as the organization continues to grow and evolve
  • Build and enhance performance management processes and coach leaders to elevate team performance
  • Strengthen and manage employee engagement programs and tools
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, balancing risk, compliance, and employee experience
  • Partner closely with Learning & Development to support ongoing coaching, training, and growth opportunities
  • Support and oversee core HR programs, including compensation, benefits, recruiting partnership, and compliance
