LogicMonitor is seeking an experienced HRBP Director to partner with senior business leaders as a strategic advisor and operator, owning the end-to-end people agenda for their organizations. In this role, you will work closely with executives to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, while helping the business evolve in an increasingly AI-enabled environment. You will play a key role in shaping how we attract, develop, and retain talent, as well as how we leverage data and AI to inform decisions and scale our people practices. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, along with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive meaningful business outcomes through modern, forward-looking HR practices. Here's a closer look at this key role: As an HR Business Partner Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, owning the full people agenda for your business—from strategy through execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant time as an HR Business Partner supporting senior executives (VP+ / C-suite preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and business transformation
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes (growth, productivity, retention)
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices, with sound judgment in complex and sensitive situations
  • Proven track record of leading through ambiguity, change, and scale in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to challenge, coach, and influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to diagnose issues, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools and data-driven approaches to solve business and talent challenges
  • Strong point of view on how AI will reshape roles, skills, and organizational design, with experience guiding leaders through that evolution
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically, with a willingness to dive into execution when neede

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape org design, operating models, and talent strategy aligned to business priorities, including evolving roles and skills in an AI-enabled workforce
  • Translate business needs into scalable, data-informed people solutions across workforce planning, structure, and team effectiveness
  • Bring data-driven insights and forward-looking perspective to improve performance, engagement, and organizational health
  • Lead talent practices including performance management, calibrations, succession planning, and leadership development, incorporating modern and AI-enabled approaches where appropriate
  • Coach leaders to raise the bar on performance, accountability, and team effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment
  • Drive strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, with a focus on future skills and capabilities
  • Serve as the primary advisor on employee relations matters, including complex performance issues, investigations, and terminations
  • Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant practices aligned with company policy and employment law
  • Lead the identification and implementation of AI and automation opportunities across people practices, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience
  • Own the full employee lifecycle, partnering with COEs (TA, Total Rewards, HR Ops) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Operate as a hands-on partner, flexing between strategy and execution as needed
