This is a great opportunity to gain global exposure to numerous varied aspects of the Human Resources profession. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run May/June- December (including the Fall semester; it is expected students will schedule classes around the work schedule or take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination and administration of various human resources programs, policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Addresses HR-related inquiries from all levels of employees.
  • Uses tools or resources to resolve issues, partnering with applicable HR specialists when necessary.
  • Conducts research to ensure that human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs correctly align with the applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Involved in all HR aspects, including but not limited to: talent, employee engagement, change management, organizational design and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and/or training, coaching and development, and workforce planning.
