About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for providing professional growth and educational experiences through meaningful real‐world application, project work, and mentorship. This role will be focused on gaining hands‐on exposure to HR functions relating to the full lifecycle of an employee including recruitment, onboarding, employment, and administrative tasks. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); enrolled in a college or university program; and studying toward a degree in human resources management or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• Must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls: warmly taking messages and/or direct inquiries to proper entities or destinations as needed.
• Provide support to various HR departments for activities, projects, events, and initiatives as requested.
• Support daily HR operations by performing administrative tasks.
• Gain a well‐rounded understanding of HR related practices by observing various internal HR departments.
• Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the HR field.
• All other duties as assigned.
