The Bishop’s School seeks a Human Resources Coordinator with immediate start. The Human Resources Associate (HRA) is a key member of a comprehensive human resources operation that offers organizational and personalized support and is known as a center of excellence. The HR associate plays an integral role in facilitating employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, is a first point of contact for the Office of Human Resources, and provides administrative support of the day to day work of the office including calendar management and interview scheduling, as well as departmental projects and initiatives. As a member of the HR team, the associate is instrumental in the cultivation of a positive and inclusive workplace culture and at all times models a level of professionalism and collegiality that supports that overarching goal in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the School. This is a 12-month/year in-person position with some schedule flexibility during periods when school is not in session and limited flexibility to work from a remote location to accommodate personal needs.
