About The Position

The Human Resources Associate plays a critical role in supporting Navaide’s people strategy through hands-on partnership with the HR team, employees and leaders. This role works closely with the HR team to execute HR policies and procedures and provide support to execute people strategies. Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to, compliance, onboarding, payroll administration, HRIS support, benefits, leaves, SOPs, talent acquisition support, employee events, and office support. This is an ideal role for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with their HR team, solving real-time challenges, contributing to a strong, high-performance culture and is looking to grow and develop their career with hands on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting benefits & leaves, payroll, performance management, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HR team to support leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Assist in administering culture initiatives, employee development, and engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and industry laws and requirements, create and maintain standard operating procedures, manage reporting & analytics, and maintain accurate record keeping and systems.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits and leave offerings, performance management, payroll inquiries.
  • Support talent acquisition efforts such as coordinating interview scheduling, drafting offer letters, coordinating onboarding logistics, and hiring documentation.
  • Provide general office support including managing office supplies, coordinating vendors, and supporting internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR and office processes through better organization, documentation, and use of technology.
