This position is responsible for providing coordination and support to the HR team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or similar
  • Demonstrate success managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with a focus on detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
  • Must be customer service oriented, flexible, and have a high energy level
  • Must have excellent follow-through skills
  • Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
  • Must be open to domestic and international travel
  • Desire and proven ability to learn and grow
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Technical competence is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance on all levels of the new hire pre-employment and onboarding process such as background checks, drug screening, pre-employment paperwork and new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate all aspects of two-day long new hire orientation consisting of company welcome and introduction, various account set-ups, and department overviews
  • Manage the internal employee communications platform and other employee communication systems
  • Responsible for company travel coordination and invoice processing
  • Employee file and data management
  • Data entry and assistance with various special projects and audits as needed
  • Provide administrative support to all HR functions as needed
