• The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the consistent delivery of a broad range of HR support while administering policies, processes, procedures, and programs covering several or all of the following areas: employment and labor relations. The Human Resources Associate must be committed to providing superior customer service and value, while working with a diverse constituency. The incumbent is expected to be responsive, excel at problem-solving, and possess the ability to multi-task in a high-volume department. To be successful in the role, the incumbent must have demonstrated strength in communicating effectively, timely, and professionally. Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and attention to detail is required.
