The company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Human Resources Associate to join its People & Culture team. This role's primary duties include collecting and managing employee administration, preparing payroll, and providing general support for employee questions and requests, while also being involved in various people & culture-related processes within the company.

Requirements

  • experience in providing administrative support, preferably for HR/People Operations
  • effectively use computer tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • fluent in English, both, written and verbal
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to handle employee’s data with sensibility
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with labor laws (local and international) will be advantageous
  • familiarity with (international) payroll preparation is also a plus

Responsibilities

  • providing administrative support in several countries where Optimapharm operates
  • preparing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation
  • managing and updating People Operations databases with different information (new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacation, days off, ...)
  • participating in (international) payroll management
  • answering employee’s questions and providing requested information
  • helping to organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
