About The Position

Assists the Hurman Resources team in planning, organizing, and coordinating the functions and activities, including wage and benefit administration, recruitment and retention activities, orientation, and training. Functions as a coordinator, maintains all personnel files for active and terminated employees, assists with various clerical tasks within the department, answers incoming phone calls, employee relations, and other duties as defined below.

Requirements

  • Highschool graduate or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Computer skill required is working knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Human Resources Administration or Business Administration major preferred.
