Requirements

  • Computer literate with experience with Microsoft Word and Google Business
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience with ATS and HRIS platforms
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, organize and prioritize work assignments, and manage time effectively to complete tasks on time.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to commute to Conshohocken, PA 19428: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming resumes and contact viable applicants within 24-48 hours.
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews for entry-level therapist positions.
  • Select staff for hire based on applicant credentials, subject to final approval.
  • Communicate with the hiring team to ensure an adequate flow of interviews and phone screens.
  • Complete clearance audits to ensure employee credentials comply with state-mandated laws and company policies.
  • Document and file staff paperwork.
  • Schedule incoming candidates for orientation and/or crisis intervention training.
  • Monitor job postings for entry-level therapist positions.
  • Assist the Hiring Specialist and HR Manager with recruiting and sourcing initiatives or projects.
  • Follow project task lists when given by the HR Manager and meet required deadlines
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee-related and Human Resource documents
  • Create reports when necessary, using various systems including but not limited to: HRIS system, online benefits enrollment system, Applicant Tracking System, etc.
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding onboarding, time off, payroll, training, and general HR-based questions
