The HR Assistant plays a key part in supporting daily HR functions — including onboarding, recordkeeping, recruitment support, employee communication, HRIS accuracy, and payroll-support tasks. This is an excellent role for someone early in their HR journey who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and building relationships with employees and managers. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and HR Generalist to maintain compliance, support employee experience initiatives, and help ensure smooth HR operations across all business units.
