This role is responsible for analyzing HR and payroll data, maintaining accurate employee records, and preparing reports that support compliance, auditing, and business decision-making. The HR Analyst will collaborate across HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and provide insights that strengthen organizational effectiveness. Key duties include monitoring City regulations, conducting detailed review of employee records and payroll audits, and promoting a culture of compliance and consistency.
