About The Position

KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset. KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking a remote contractor in the United States.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex HR data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and statistical analysis software.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including employee demographics, turnover rates, compensation, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate HR data and insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR analytics tools and systems to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to identify data needs and provide analytical support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in HR data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and decision-making.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather data on employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
  • Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
