About The Position

The HR Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to questions related to benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee records. This role focuses on providing timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service primarily via phone and email while supporting core HR processes.

Requirements

  • Human resources experience.
  • Employee relations expertise.
  • Onboarding experience.
  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits.
  • Administrative support capabilities.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of human resources experience or 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working in HR systems and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
  • Complete HR transactions related to employee lifecycle changes and data updates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction.
  • Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.
