Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures; interpret and communicate relevant employment laws. Administer employee benefits, including claims support, reporting changes, invoice approval, and employee communication. Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for open and new positions. Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and support conflict resolution. Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and annual Open Enrollment activities. Provide technical and system support to HR system users.
