The HR Administrator is a key member of our People team, supporting the employees who keep our communities running every day. In this role, you’ll help deliver a seamless employee experience across our portfolio—handling employee changes, payroll support, benefits administration, and offboarding. You’ll partner closely with Community Managers and on-site teams to ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and service-focused. Your work behind the scenes plays a direct role in supporting our teams and enhancing the resident experience. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
