As an HR Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive HR services to clients by aligning HR processes and programs with business strategies. This role includes a wide variety of human resources responsibilities and requires a balance of technical HR expertise, client partnership, and strategic insight, including:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, or related field; PHR, SPHR, or CCP certification highly desired
  • Four years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong compensation background with experience in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, salary surveys, bonus plans, gap analysis, banding, rewards, strategic HR, and retention
  • Experience providing HR services to federal government contractors
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing organization-wide HR systems that align with business goals and optimize human capital strategies
  • Ability to provide executive-level coaching and guidance on performance management, career development, employee relations, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, rapport, and trust with clients and employees
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience with federal and state HR compliance, including FLSA, FMLA, OFCCP, COBRA, and USERRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Administering salary programs, job evaluations, performance appraisals, merit increases, incentive plans, and employee benefits, including life, health, disability insurance, and retirement plans
  • Leveraging integrated system of management processes that align C2's vision and organizational values, integrate client's core business and HR processes, utilize appropriate metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement, and drive the execution of C2 and our client's goals and objectives
  • Partnering with clients to ensure HR programs support overall business plans and strategies
  • Developing policies, procedures, and programs to meet specific business and organizational needs
  • Conducting comprehensive new hire orientations, both in-person and via web conference
  • Providing guidance on HR best practices and support organizational development initiatives
