This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations. You will work collaboratively with a team of skilled HR specialists to address and resolve general HR inquiries for the entire Blue Origin organization using our case management system. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in HR or customer support in corporate service center.
  • Proven experience in handling HR general inquiries effectively.
  • Experience working with confidential records and/or materials.
  • Hands-on experience with case management tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Over 2 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in using Workday as an HRIS.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • As part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire Blue Origin population utilizing our case management tool
  • triage cases to the correct owners

  • investigate inquiries
  • A typical day will include supporting a multitude of varied activities such as ticketing, onboarding facilitation, analytics evaluation, and special projects.
