SUMMARY: The HR Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organizations human resources operations by managing various administrative and strategic HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, coupled with exposure to a wide range of HR specialties. These include managing FMLA processes, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, performing HRIS data entry, new hire orientation, coordinating training programs, assisting with performance management initiatives, and generating detailed reports and statistics. This position demands a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to employees, external customers, and management.
