About The Position

The Human Resource Manager is a business partner with the assigned Fiserv Output Solutions leaders. The Human Resource Manager will advise and counsel managers and associates on a variety of local and corporate HR programs; utilize sound business judgement to make quick and consistent decisions pertaining to human capital in a fast-paced, high volume and demanding work environment; and ensures the effective delivery of the full life cycle of all HR practices to attract, retain and develop our associates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of employment relations experience
  • 7+ years of related human resources experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a rotational leadership experience program
  • Manufacturing, Production, or Retail experience
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study
  • PHR, SPHR, PHR-CP, SPHR-CP or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support approximately 500+ exempt and non-exempt associates across multiple locations and shifts
  • Proactively manages associate relations issues, investigations, process and compliance issues to minimize risk for the business. Takes appropriate action to remediate identified issues. Escalates issues appropriately. Provides management team with necessary resolution and action items.
  • Lead investigations and ensures activities follow local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations as well as aligning to the Fiserv Code of Conduct, Values, and operating processes and procedures.
  • Leverage HR analytics to help leaders make informed decisions, including reporting of operational HR metrics
  • Execute annual compensation cycle; including compensation planning, job analyses, salary surveys, etc.
  • Partners with managers and supervisors in workforce planning, talent selection, and headcount forecasting
  • Advise managers on goal alignment, performance management and associate development
