About The Position

The Center at Cordera | Colorado Springs, CO The Center at Cordera is a leading Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our community in Colorado Springs. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support our valued team members. This is a full-time, in-office position vital to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Previous HR experience within a Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, or other healthcare setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for all departments.
Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401K) and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including those specific to healthcare facilities.
Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging work environment for all staff.
