What You Will Do: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits. Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs that support associate development and brand standards. Champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication. Administer safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes while promoting a culture of safety and well-being. What We Are Looking For: 3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives. Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
