About The Position

Titan Electrical Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions for our growing electrical contracting company. This role will work closely with leadership to support our field and office teams while ensuring compliance, consistency, and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in construction, trades, or a similar field
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience handling employee relations and confidential matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Manage employee files, documentation, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer benefits, PTO, leave requests, and company policies
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations when needed
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, retention, and employee development
  • Coordinate apprenticeship programs, training initiatives, and compliance tracking
  • Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors regarding HR questions and concerns
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
  • Oversee HRIS systems (ADP experience preferred)
