The Human Resources Manager will be an integral member of the firm’s operations and management team helping foster the firm’s growth. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition team, leading employee onboarding, administering benefits, leading compliance, managing employee relations, supporting the payroll team, assisting with policy development, and fostering a firmwide culture and values. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager, expertise in the latest HR policies and procedures, a track record in talent acquisition and professional development, and a strong interest in helping build a dynamic team. Highly motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and excel in communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving are a must.
