Summary: The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Director of Human Resources and agency directors assisting with advising on relation human resources matters. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition, new hire orientation, payroll, benefits administration, records management, and updating changes in HRIS. The Human Resources Generalist requires self-confidence, flexibility, and the ability to exercise discretion. Excellent organizational skills, effective time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks are a must.
