We are currently seeking a Part-time Human Resource Generalist to join our team! O ur Team Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants has earned a reputation where our patients come first, and our employees play an important role in maintaining that superior service offered. The Part-time Human Resource Generalist is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources function. The Human Resource Generalist will develop and administer human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all departments.

Requirements

• Strong listening skills and adept at employee relations including conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse staff.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client focused, customer service disposition.
• Ability to present to Senior Management team.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office, HRIS database.
• BA degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Human Resources Generalist capacity.
• Recruiting experience required

• Working towards HR certification a plus
