Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 2 - 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
• Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and staffing for all Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana locations
• Onboarding and orientation for new employee
• Workers' compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
• Unemployment claim processing and hearings
• Assigning training and tracking course completion for parts employees at all locations
• Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
• HR reporting
