Ace Precision is looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys building strong relationships and maintaining a positive, engaging workplace. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Support employees throughout their lifecycle—from hiring to benefits to employee relations Keep employee records and HR systems accurate and up to date Administer benefits (health, dental, disability, 401k) and help employees understand their options Partner with supervisors on employee questions, performance issues, and policy guidance Assist with discipline, terminations, and employee relations matters Support safety programs, workers’ comp claims, and OSHA reporting Help keep the company compliant with employment laws Lead wellness and employee engagement initiatives Support recruiting and hiring for shop floor and salaried roles WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment Comfortable working with hourly employees and shop floor leaders Organized, approachable, and not afraid to jump in where needed Working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office WHY JOIN ACE PRECISION? Requirements
