PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION This is an exempt, salaried position responsible for providing administration, oversight, and leadership for ProCleaning Solutions USA’s employee benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee relations programs. The role exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance and ensures organizational compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including ADA, ERISA, ACA, and wage and hour regulations. Regular attendance is a key requirement of this position. The employee must comply with all ProCleaning Solutions policies and procedures.
