We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to become an integral part of our People Team. The HR Coordinator will oversee various human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records, while also playing a key role in improving employee experiences and ensuring operational compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or Office Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with HR principles, policies, and federal/local labor regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • A team player with a collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships within diverse work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries, fostering supportive employee relationships.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers, including interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, including documentation and training.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
  • Improve employee satisfaction through surveys and policy updates.
  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations and accurate records.
  • Administer benefit programs, including claims and enrollment.
  • Organize performance review sessions.
  • Aid in developing and implementing company policies that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve employee experiences, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain attention to detail with HR metrics, such as time-to-hire and turnover rates, to continuously refine processes.
