About The Position

Implement and administer polices and procedures of the company as it relates to the employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience along with the knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support in functional areas of a HR dept., which include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, management, benefits administration, organization development and training.
  • Accident investigation, implementation, and administration for all employees.
  • Recruitment, selection, and orientation of new employees.
  • Process hourly and salary new hires and terminations.
  • Maintain personnel records on all employees.
  • File required MESC paperwork.
  • Coordinated necessary training.
  • Process all applicable forms for workers comp.
  • Benefit investigation, implementation, and administration for all employees.
  • Coordinate company sponsored events including Christmas party, cook outs, and picnics.
  • Using concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR dept under HR Manager supervision.
  • Manage and direct personnel as required.
