About The Position

As the go-to HR pro at our Center, you’ll provide essential support to employees while handling payroll, training coordination, and other administrative processes. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes rockstar ensuring our team stays on track while keeping things confidential and organized.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 18
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years in office management/accounting (HR experience preferred)
  • CPR/First Aid, HR & Payroll training (we’ll help with that!)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for organization

Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Process payroll accurately and maintain employee records
  • Ensure all training requirements are met and track completions
  • Assist with administrative tasks like accounts payable and petty cash
  • Jump in as a “Manager on Duty” and participate in leadership meetings
  • Help plan and coordinate special events like benefit concerts and fundraisers
